WEEKEND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HOST/TELEPHONIST – CHELTENHAM

Our busy Customer Service Team in Cheltenham is recruiting for a Weekend Customer Experience Host/ Telephonist to join their team. This exciting opportunity will involve you working as a first point of contact in our customer’s journey.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cheltenham

Working Hours: Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm

Role will include:

  • Greeting customers entering the business
  • Dealing with the customer requirements in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer care.
  • Ensuring full, clear communication with customers to understand their needs.
  • Answering and distributing inbound calls
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure all customer enquiries are answered
  • Ensure customer online leads are acknowledged and passed to the correct departments.
