WEEKEND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE HOST/TELEPHONIST – CHELTENHAM
Our busy Customer Service Team in Cheltenham is recruiting for a Weekend Customer Experience Host/ Telephonist to join their team. This exciting opportunity will involve you working as a first point of contact in our customer’s journey.
Working Hours: Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm
Role will include:
Greeting customers entering the business Dealing with the customer requirements in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer care. Ensuring full, clear communication with customers to understand their needs. Answering and distributing inbound calls Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure all customer enquiries are answered Ensure customer online leads are acknowledged and passed to the correct departments.
