Weekend Customer Experience Host/Telephonist – Cheltenham

We are looking for a Weekend Customer Experience Host/Telephonist to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a busy and demanding role and be able to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. Previous customer experience is preferable but not essential.

About the Role

You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state of the art facility.

As a Weekend Host you will be focused on ensuring that each customer’s requirements are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer care is reached.


  • Greeting customers entering the business.
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure all customer enquiries are answered.
  • Ensuring full, clear communication with customers to understand their needs.
  • Answering and distributing inbound calls
  • Ensure customer online leads are acknowledged and passed to the correct departments.

Working hours: 14.5 hours per week, 8am – 5pm (with a 30-minute lunch break) on Saturday and 10am – 4pm on Sunday.
