Tyre Fitter – Hereford

We are looking to recruit a Tyre Fitter to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group.

This is an exciting role within our busy BMW and MINI Workshop, The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive mindset. Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, but we can provide training for the right candidate. A Full UK Driving License is required.

About the Role

This position is an ideal starting point for someone looking to begin their career in the motor industry, or to build on their existing skill working with a premium product.

The role will pivot around providing the highest levels of customer service to both our internal and external customers alike. You will support all areas involved in our Aftersales department to ensure we deliver a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the sale, fitting and disposal of tyres to customers vehicles
  • Quality control of all repairs ensuring high standards at all times.
  • Completion of appropriate paperwork and job cards.
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure all jobs completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring health and safety standards adhered to.
  • Ensuring working area is kept clean and tidy.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5pm with Saturdays on a rota basis
