Our Hereford Centre is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Trainee Customer Advisor. This is an entry level role into our Aftersales department with full training and a progression plan to become a Service Advisor. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and thrives on working in a fast-paced selling environment

We are looking for an individual who has experience in a retail or customer environment for more than 12 months and is committed to excelling in their professional development whilst working for a premium brand.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday with a Rota on a Saturday

Salary: Starting: £22,000 plus bonus rising to £28,000 basic salary upon achievement of qualified Service Advisor status at Level 4.

Role and Responsibilities.

The role will involve being the front line to our customers who visit us for service or repair in our busy Aftersales department. Anticipating our customer’s needs and fulfilling their expectation for a simple and easy? Visit, ensuring that our customers want to return to us again and again.Building relationships for the future.

You will support all areas involved in our Aftersales department to ensure we deliver a premium customer experience.

Training will be provided both internally and at our BMW Group Academy.
