Service Administrator – Cheltenham
Our Cheltenham Centre is looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join the Service team. The role will include preparing paperwork for handover packs, providing estimates for online/telephone enquiries and providing support for service advisors/call centre. Additionally, the team assist with the preparation of New and Used BMW and MINI vehicles, and the role is central to the swift authorisation and completion of all mechanical and SMART repairs.
Working Hours: 41.25 hours per week Monday to Saturday on a rota basis
