Part Time Host/Telephonist – Hereford

Working Hours: 13.5 hours per week, Friday and Saturday

Salary is in line with national minimum wage

We are looking for a Part Time Host/Telephonist to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a busy and demanding role and be able to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. Previous customer experience is preferable but not essential.

About the Role

You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state of the art facility.

As a Host/Telephonist you will be focused on ensuring that each customer phone call is dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer care is reached.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and distributing inbound calls.
• Greeting customers entering the business
• Ensure customer online leads are acknowledged, logged and passed to the correct departments.
• Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure all customer enquiries are answered.
• Ensuring full, clear communication with customers to understand their needs.
