MINI Sales Manager – Hereford

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to manage and lead our MINI Sales department at Cotswold Motor Group in Hereford.

The successful candidate must have proven experience in a sales managerial role within the motor trade, be highly motivated, be able to successfully drive performance, have strong leadership and communication skills and be committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. A full UK Drivers licence is essential.

About the Role

As the MINI Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximises all sales opportunities, developing sales plans and budgets, managing and coaching the MINI sales team, actively seeking new sales opportunities to maximise profitability and monitor the availability of MINI stock.
