Customer Service Manager – Hereford

What’s the role…

As the customer service manager, you will lead and inspire our ‘Cotswold Customer Journey’ to drive the highest level of customer care throughout the business.

You will be responsible for leading our front of house teams, develop and maintain our CRM systems and processes, manage customer complaints as well as build relationships with our existing customers to ensure the highest level of service possible.

The role is varied and no two days are the same, however as a general guide duties will include:

  • Working with and supporting the department managers to ensure the retailer is providing the best possible customer experience and achieving agreed targets to be one of the top performing retailers in the country
  • Contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Monthly operational meetings to discuss business performance related to CRM management and customer feedback
  • Submit monthly reports and action plans to manufacturer
  • Managing the front of house teams to ensure a consistent high level of customer service is given as well as well as supporting staff wellbeing
  • Deal with customer complaints personally if required and use the departments goodwill budget when appropriate, within limits of authority.
