What’s the role…
As the customer service manager, you will lead and inspire our ‘Cotswold Customer Journey’ to drive the highest level of customer care throughout the business.
You will be responsible for leading our front of house teams, develop and maintain our CRM systems and processes, manage customer complaints as well as build relationships with our existing customers to ensure the highest level of service possible.
