Our Group Department are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our expanding team, based predominantly in our Hereford Centre.

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hereford

Role and Responsibilities:

The role will be a Generalist position including all aspects of employee lifecycle which will entail; induction, absence management, investigations and advising on Company policy and procedures.

Candidate Profile.

  • Be computer literate.
  • Proven Experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate up to date employment law knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be flexible in their approach and be able to work collaboratively with all departments.
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.
