Group Bookings Advisor – Cheltenham

We are looking for a Bookings Advisor to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a customer experience role and preferably have experience with working on telephones.

About the Role

You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state of the art facility.

As a Bookings Advisor you will be focused on ensuring that a high level of customer care is given throughout the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain relevant information from the customer regarding their repair to ensure all necessary work can be
  • carried out.
  • Confirm with the customer their check in time and the duration that their car will be on site.
  • Arranging with customers if any alternative transport is required, and booking them into a courtesy vehicle.
  • Check vehicle history and identify if any additional work is required such as recalls, service pack and warranty details.
  • Targeted outbound campaigns
  • Confirming and updating vehicle details, customers address, contact numbers and email address for each booking.
  • Advice customers with a guide price for the routine servicing and repair to their vehicle.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota basis with 1 in 4 Saturday’s (8.00am – 1.00pm)

Salary: £23,400 plus performance related bonus
