Customer Service Assistant.
Our busy Service Team in Cheltenham is recruiting for a new role of Customer Service Assistant. This exciting opportunity covers all areas of our service department for BMW, MINI and Motorrad. It is a multi-skilled role with a diverse workload.
The hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. A Saturday rota will also be in place.
The role includes:
- Servicing customers face to face in the Motorrad Service Reception
- Assisting with customer enquiries via the phone and email
- Administration duties for Motorrad, BMW and MINI
The successful candidate will need:
