Our Cotswold Group Bodyshop in Tewkesbury is looking to appoint a customer focused Bodyshop Advisor.

The main purpose of the role will be to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repairs in efficient and courteous manner.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer enquiries, via phone and email.
  • Coordinating customer bookings, ensuring efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
  • Updating customer on the progress of the vehicles.
  • Arranging courtesy vehicles.
  • Creating CIT Now videos for vehicles arriving onsite.
  • Carrying out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the Bodyshop.

  • Well organised and capable of multitasking.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good all round IT capability.
