Our Cotswold Group Bodyshop in Tewkesbury is looking to appoint a customer focused Bodyshop Advisor.
The main purpose of the role will be to deal with customer requirements for vehicle repairs in efficient and courteous manner.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering customer enquiries, via phone and email.
- Coordinating customer bookings, ensuring efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
- Updating customer on the progress of the vehicles.
- Arranging courtesy vehicles.
- Creating CIT Now videos for vehicles arriving onsite.
- Carrying out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the Bodyshop.

- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Enjoy working as part of team.
- Well organised and capable of multitasking.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good all round IT capability.
