We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Controller to join our Used Car Team.

Role and Responsibilities.
The role will involve supporting our Retail Managers (Sales Executives) with advising customers on the most effective way to finance their vehicle purchase and managing the journey to ensure process is carried out both efficiently and professionally.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring all Sales Targets are achieved.
Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are “Green”.
Driving maximum profitability from your finance and insurance activities.
Report sales figures to the Sales Manager on a daily basis or at other intervals as agreed.
Manage all enquiries and lead management leads on a daily basis.
Ensuring that initial enquiries are dealt with effectively and recorded on computer software.
Ensuring follow up calls are made and deliveries are coordinated to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Ensuing a compliant and robust sales process.
Ensuring the agreed sales process and showroom procedures are followed.
Assisting the sales team with generating enquiries, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring FCA compliance.
To ensure adequate staffing levels in the showroom at all times.
To ensure presentation of vehicles and accessories within and outside the show room comply at all times with both Retail Standards and QMA.
To ensure demonstrators are clean and available at all times.
Any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Candidate Profile.
Previous sales experience within the motor industry.
Proven success in a previous position with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills.
Dedicated to providing the best in customer care.
A well-presented individual with a desire and the character and attitude to succeed.
Desire to grow and develop within Cotswold Motor Group.
