We are looking to recruit an additional Sales Administrator to provide support to our Sales Team across the business.You willneed to be a highly customer focused individual, to ensure the efficient administration of new and used vehicles within the Centre. Duties will include monitoring availability of vehicles ordered/transit to Centre and processing vehicle orders accurately. Basic computer skills are required and previous experience in an admin role would be beneficial, however full training will be given.

In this busy and varied role, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders for sold new and used vehicles
  • Processing direct purchases and part exchanges into stock
  • Raising job cards for internal workshop and Bodyshop repairs
  • Taxing used cars online with DVLA
  • Using AFRL system for registering new cars
  • Processing posting for warranties and external suppliers
  • Managing retention and transfer paperwork
  • Specifying new build vehicles for stock
  • Monitoring and updating used car price changes
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at all points in the Sales process

  • Obsessed with ensuring that all customers are completely satisfied
