The Cotswold Group is led by an experienced management team with a wealth of BMW and MINI expertise across its three retail sites.

Peter Harris, Chairman of the Cotswold Group
Peter has over 25 years experience in the motor trade, during which time he has owned a number of prestige franchises where he built a reputation for positive customer service. Peter is pleased to be part of Cotswold, with major initiatives underway, further developments planned, and the innovative launches from the BMW group he comments, "this is an exciting time for all at Cotswold, which I know will be of great benefit and well received by both our customers and staff".

Andrew Hulcoop, Managing Director
Andrew joined Cotswold in early January 2006 as Managing Director. With a wealth of BMW expertise, Andrew was previously with another BMW dealer which he grew to be one of the top performers in the UK.
Andrew is a past winner of the prestigious 'BMW Dealer Of The Year' whilst Dealer Principal at Sytner Solihull and counts a number of industry awards among his successes.

Martin Johnson, Hereford, After Sales Manager
Martin began his career in the motor trade with a workshop apprenticeship with Ford in Essex. He then worked with the Lancaster Group in the South East, becoming service manager. Martin Joined Cotswold Hereford in 1990 as service manager, becoming After Sales Manager in 1997.

Mark Sugden, Cotswold Group, Parts Manager
Mark joined Cotswold in 1994 building on 13 years experience with another BMW Dealership. He began his career in the motor trade as an apprentice technician.

Chris Rich, Gloucester, General Manager
Chris joined Cotswold as a Sales Executive and has worked for the Group for over 15 years. In that period he has since had the role as General Sales Manager for the Group. He now holds the responsibility for our Gloucester operation.

David Jaquest, Gloucester, Service Manager
David joined Cotswold in 1999 from a Rolls Royce Bentley dealership, where he had been service manager. David has over nine years’ total BMW experience, and has progressed from service advisor, to service manager in the London area. He is now the Service Manager at Cotswold Gloucester.

Jennie Nattrass, Group MINI Sales Manager
Jennie originally worked as a Recruitment Consultant, and joined Cotswold in March 2002 as a Sales Executive. Jennie was appointed as Group MINI Sales Manager in October 2004.

Paul Bonner, Cotswold Group, Bodyshop Manager
Paul joined Cotswold Cheltenham in April 2004 from Bristol Street Ford where, over eight years, he proved his ability and credentials by working his way up from the shop floor to become the bodyshop’s assistant manager. Paul’s goals include looking after the bodyshop staff, increasing the dealership’s profits and building on BMW’s reputation for good quality and an exceptional driving experience.

Pauline Teague, Cotswold Group, Accountant
Pauline joined Cotswold over 10 years ago. She had previously spent 7 years with a Jaguar Dealership, and then took a short break to start a family. She has overseen the growth from a single Dealership to a group of three, plus a new Pre-Delivery Centre. As Company Secretary she is responsible for overseeing many aspects of the company on a daily basis.
